Tested in my salon first
If a workflow doesn't survive a real week on my own floor, it doesn't get sold. My shop is the test kitchen, and it's an unforgiving one.
About
Toronto salon owner. Accidental AI builder. The person who actually answers when you email Front Ave AI.
Where it started
I own a nail salon in Toronto's Koreatown. Most days you'll find me on the floor — managing the room, fixing the small daily disasters, talking to clients. That's the job, and it's the part I like.
What I noticed
Running the place, I could see exactly where my weeks were going. Instagram captions at midnight. Google reviews I knew I should answer, three weeks old. Promising myself I'd do marketing properly next month. The work that grows a business kept losing to the work that runs one.
What I tried first
I looked at agencies. The quotes were more than my rent, and nobody could explain in plain words what I'd actually get for it. So I started building my own instead — workflows that reply to reviews in my voice, draft and schedule my posts, and catch the calls I can't take.
Where it went
It worked. What used to eat hours of every week now runs quietly in the background. Other owners started asking what I was doing differently. Front Ave AI is the answer: the same systems, set up for your shop, explained the way one owner explains things to another.

I built Front Ave AI the way I run my salon: show up, do honest work, and let the results speak.
How I work
The salon and this one. They're the reason I can say no to work, and the reason the work I do take tends to stick.

You'll never need a glossary to understand what I'm building for you. If I can't explain it simply, I haven't earned your money.
If it stops earning its keep, you stop paying. That keeps me honest in a way no contract ever could.
Your accounts, your content, your systems. If we ever part ways, all of it stays with you.
Plenty of problems aren't AI problems. I'd rather tell you that on the call than take money for something that won't work.
No message reaches one of your clients before you've seen how it sounds. That rule has never been worth bending.
A note on proof
You won't find client names or screenshots on this site.
What other owners hand me — their phone lines, their inboxes, their client lists — isn't mine to put in a case study. So the demos on this site show you how each system behaves, not whose account it ran on. Ask me on a call and I'll walk you through the mechanics in as much detail as you like.

Two minutes on a form, then a twenty-minute call. You'll leave it with a plan and a price, whether or not you hire me.
