How pricing works

Every build is quoted, not priced off a list

A published price for this work is either wrong or padded. Here's exactly how I arrive at your number instead — and what you get before you commit to anything.

The honest reason

Because your shop isn't the last one I quoted

One owner needs a missed-call text-back live by Friday and nothing else. The next needs a voice receptionist, a DM agent, and a Google profile rebuilt from a standing start. Those are not the same job, and a single number on a page would have to either undercharge one of them or pad the other.

Agencies solve that by publishing a tier and padding it. I looked at those quotes when I was shopping for my own salon — they were more than my rent, and nobody could tell me in plain words what I'd actually get. So I do it the other way round: twenty minutes on a call, then a real number for the real scope.

You'll know the price before you owe me anything, and you'll know what it buys.

What moves the number

Four things decide what it costs

None of them are a surprise, and you can read your own situation off this list before we even speak.

How much you want handled

One job off your plate costs less than all of it. Most owners start with the single thing that annoys them most and add from there.

How many channels it touches

Phone only is simpler than phone, website, Instagram and Google. Each place your clients reach you is a bit more to build and maintain.

What you already have running

An existing booking system and a tidy Google profile shorten the build. A standing start takes longer, and I'll say so up front.

Build once, or keep it running

Some owners want a system handed over to run themselves. Others want me maintaining and improving it monthly. Both are fine.

What arrives

The quote itself

One page, in plain words, written down so there's no argument later about what you were paying for.

What I'd build, in the order I'd build it

What the setup costs and what it costs to keep running

How long each piece takes to go live

What you'd need to give me access to

What I'd leave alone, and why

A real number, in writing, before you commit

After the call you get a written quote with the scope spelled out. No day rates that drift, no surprise line items.

Month to month, always

Nothing on this site has a contract. If a system stops earning its keep, you stop paying for it.

You own everything

Your accounts, your content, your systems. If we ever part ways, all of it stays with you.

I'll tell you when the answer is no

If AI isn't the right fix for what you've described, I'd rather say that on the call than sell you something that won't work.

The one exception

The prompt packs do have a price

They're fixed-scope downloads, so there's nothing to scope and no reason to make you ask. Buy one tonight and you're using it in ten minutes.

Quoting questions

Before you fill anything in

The form takes about two minutes. I read it the same day and come back with either a quote or a couple of questions, then we book a short call if it looks like a fit. Most quotes go out within a day or two.
